The six comfortable apartments, one of which is equipped for use by the handicapped, are named Fabiola, Chiara, Elena, Anna, Luisa and Giulia, after the women of the household, from grandmother down to the youngest granddaughter.
Guests can relax and lunch/dine in our wonderful living/dining room, with its large fireplace, wood-fired oven, small library (containing thrillers, novels, books on cooking and the history of Umbria) and two delightful roof terraces. Here you can taste delicious local recipes or take part in food education or cooking courses.
The residence also boasts spacious arches, private parking and a fountain in the garden. |

Our Bed&Breakfast is situated on the first floor of a two family home, it is sorrounded by a big garden and each room looks onto the garden thanks to a balcony wich is round it.
The B&B, provided with an independent entrance, consists of a pleasant kitchen, a private living-room, a confortable bath-room and two big and quiet bed-rooms. Each room is comfortable, coloured and bright.
There is also a big and outdoor parking for cars and a covered parking for motorcycles.
Near the B&B there are: restaurants, pubs, ice-cream shops, chemist`s, supermarkets, veterinarians, baker`s shops, flower`s shops and a bus stop that let you reach the main artistic towns of Umbria.
