Holiday house on Tiber river
The holiday home "The Residences Uncinaia" Perugia is located just 5 minutes away from the city center. This is a renovated building, formerly belonging to the order of the Knights of Malta and in which stood the town of asylum of Pretola.
Thanks to the family Ciofetti was removed the risk that became one of the many dilapidated buildings and at risk and has been transformed into an elegant residence with 6 apartments that take the name of some of the most beautiful cities of Umbria: Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio , Deruta, Orvieto and Spoleto.
