RELAX
After a visit to the art-towns of Umbria and of the near Tuscany (Siena 100 km, Florence 140 km) you may relax in the large solarium of the swimming-pool surrounded by trees and flowers in the middle of the good smell of nature and take a sun-bath the whole day long.
The surroundings allow walks, horse-rides (horse-farm at 1 km distance), bike-rides (bikes available for the guests, together with maps with recommended itineraries) at the discovery of beautiful and panoramic sites.
The children can play table-tennis or table-soccer. You may angle on the property along the river Tiber or else in the near-by sport-fishing pond.
Even guided visits to the farm activities are organized.
