Locanda del Sole is located in Ocenelli, a small village near Spoleto, in the so called "green heart" of Italy. The location is characterized, on one hand, by sweet hills enriched by olive trees and grapevines, and on the other hand, by not extended plains coloured by wheat and sunflowers.
Locanda del Sole, just renovated, is an ancient cottage. On the groundfloor (a cowhouse in the past) there is the Locanda restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are eaten. On the first floor, there are five confortable bedrooms to host ten people in total. Some of these rooms are ready to welcome handicapped people in order to satisfy anything they need.
In front of the entrance, opposite the barn, there is a square with a beautiful veranda, perfect to have a genuine breakfast, kissed by the sunbeams, or to have a romantic dinner under the moonlight. Moreover, at the rear there is a second veranda, ideal to sunbathe, to read a book in the open air or just enjoy the sight of the suggestive Umbrian landscape.
On the right, you can see the building, under recostruction, which is going to be divided into two cottages (each one with private bathroom and kitchen), created in order to give the utmost privacy and confort to our guests.
